What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Cash On Delivery (COD) method.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
We provide free shipping services to our customers all over Pakistan over the order of 2500 Rupees.
How will I make a payment?
COD is the only payment method available for your convenience.
Do I have to pay any tax on the order?
No all prices are inclusive of tax. You don’t have to pay any at the arrival of your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are committed to process your order as soon as possible. Hence when your order is placed it may not be edited or changed. In case of realization of any mistake in your order placing, kindly contact us at earliest.
The shoe you want is out of stock, when will you get more?
If an item you want is out of stock, kindly write us a message so we could respond to you about its availability. We continuously work our best to enhance the comfortably and wear ability of our products that means we have to adapt different upcoming styles according to ongoing trends with our unique craftsman ship.
Do I need to sign up to place an order?
No, you don’t need to sign up to specifically place your order. You can place your order without logging in too. But one can only rate a product or post a comment only when he signs in and is a user. To be a user you need to create an account on our site.
Are the prices on the website negotiable?
No. All the prices mentioned on the website for respective products are final, inclusive of GST and not negotiable.

How do I find a specific item I’m looking for?
Our product items are given unique codes. You can either search it on our website or check information accordingly or you can E-mail us any time to get information about the product mentioning its product code.
How do I get to know if any promotions are available?
Le Sole always try their best to bring best discounts for our customers because we value them a lot. You will be notified either from our newsletter, social media accounts or simply by visiting our website.
How will I know if my order has been completed correctly?
After your order submission, an E-mail will be sent and you will be provided by your order no. That’s how you will get to know that your order has been received by us and we will start the verification process.
What if there is an error while placing an order request?
If you face any difficulty or errors while placing your order, you can contact us through E-mail or phone number and we will do our best to cater your query/request.
How do I know my shipment status?
Once your order has been verified, we will ship your parcel and a tracking ID will be given to you so that you can easily track the status of your parcel while it’s arriving process is ongoing.
