• No claim/refund of shoes once used.
• New and unused shoes can be replaced within 15 days of purchase by showing original sale receipt.
• No claim of repair will be entertained unless it is lodged within 15 days from the date of purchase/invoice.
• No claim of replacement of shoes will be entertained, if made after 15 days of purchase. Only new unworn shoes can be replaced.
• Once the claim of repair is approved the customer shall collect the shoes back within 30 days from the due date, where after the claim will be treated as void/not to have been made at all.
• In case of any dispute, the recourse can be had only to the courts at Lahore.
• No claim or repair on discounted products.
• This is only a sales invoice not a claimed receipt.
• This is real leather, wrinkles, color bleeding, spots are natural character of leather, these are not consider defects.'
• Exchange will be entertained at the current price only.
• No cash refund in any case.
